Registration

Fill in your name, email, password and business name to create an account. Verify your email, then log in.

Invite team members from Settings → Users. They'll get an email to join your business.

Point of Sale

Search or scan products, adjust quantity and discount, optionally select a customer, choose payment method and complete the sale.

Open POS from the sidebar → Search or scan products → Adjust qty/discount → Select customer (optional) → Pick payment method → Click Complete Sale.
Connect any standard USB or Bluetooth barcode scanner. Scan a product barcode and it's instantly added to the cart. All common formats are supported.
If a customer has advance payments, you'll see their net balance on the checkout screen. You can apply the advance towards the sale total.

Sales Orders

Create detailed sales with customer, products, quantities and prices. Record full or partial payments, print invoices or download as PDF. Void a sale to auto-restore stock.

Credit Notes

Create credit notes from a sale (returns) or purchase (supplier returns). Apply the credit to a future transaction or issue a refund. Print or download as PDF.

Products & Inventory

Add products with name, SKU/barcode, category, brand, unit, prices, tax and stock quantity. Manage categories, brands and units from their respective pages.

Name — display name • SKU/Barcode — for scanning • Category — organize by type • Brand — optional • Unit — piece, kg, litre etc. • Purchase & Sale PriceTax — applicable rate • Stock — initial quantity.
Stock levels update automatically when you create sales or purchases. The Inventory page shows real-time quantities. You can also make manual adjustments.
Go to Settings → Barcode Generator to generate and print barcode labels for your products.

Purchase Orders

Select a supplier, add products with quantities and costs, and save. Inventory updates automatically. Record payments and print purchase orders.

Customers

Add customers with name, phone, email and address. View net balance, full transaction history, formal account statements, and record payments received.

Suppliers

Payments

View all recorded payments across sales, purchases and manual entries. Filter by date, type, or customer/supplier.

Record expenses with category, amount, date, payment method and notes. Create custom expense categories to stay organised. Expenses feed into your reports and cash flow.

Go to Expenses → Create → Select category (rent, utilities, salary etc.) → Enter amount, date, payment method → Add optional notes → Save.
Create and manage custom categories from the Expense Categories page to keep your expenses organized and improve report accuracy.

Use date filters on every report to analyse specific time periods.

Business Profile

Update your business name, logo, address, contact info and tax/NTN number from Business → Profile. This info appears on invoices.

Users & Roles

Invite users from Settings → Users and assign roles. Create custom roles with specific permissions from the Roles page — e.g. a "Cashier" role with POS-only access.
